In the wake of the recent Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation we wanted to reassure our customers that at Harvey Cooper Cars we have your best interests, health and well being at the forefront of our daily operations. We continue to operate in a ‘business as usual’ fashion but would like to let you know the steps we are taking to ensure that we can continue in this way:
· Although showroom visitors are still given a warm Harvey Cooper Cars welcome, we are currently operating a no handshake policy with customers. As well as having plentiful anti-bacterial handwash and sanitiser on site, we have also stepped up the regular disinfecting of door handles and any surfaces in constant operation, from card machines and phones to desks, keyboards, drink facilities and chairs in the seating area.
· All our cars in the showroom, are moved around site using steering wheel covers, seat covers and gloves are warn to ensure the minimal amount of contact as possible protecting both the wellbeing of our customers and our staff.
· Though you may not wish to visit the showroom during this time of uncertainty, we are still able to assist you if you are looking to purchase or sell your vehicle, in the same way that many of our existing customers who are located far from the showroom have done in the past. All of our cars are displayed on our website for you to browse wherever you may be and at your leisure. Any car that you may be interested in has an enquiry form to fill out to learn more about the vehicle, our sales team will then send you a personalised video and answer any questions you may have. Similarly, our friendly expert buying team are always on hand to appraise and value your vehicle via email or over the phone providing an unrivalled efficient and hassle-free process.
· Our in-house logistics team are fully equipped to deliver or collect vehicles nationwide with our bespoke covered trailers to ensure safety and security. They also ensure the same hygiene and precautionary measures are taken with steering wheel covers, gloves and seat covers used when moving vehicles or dealing with paperwork.
These operations are part of everyday life at Harvey Cooper Cars, however we know that at this time of concern and need for additional hygiene measures, we have every feasible precaution in place to ensure that as a business we can continue to operate as normally and worry free as possible for both our customers and our staff.
