Jaguar XKR Coupe 5.0L Supercharged Auto 2011

Jaguar XKR is a British sports car that takes on the finest and fastest of its rivals with huge reserves of supercharged power and a serious array of technology to get it onto the tarmac, with even the standard version boasting just over an eye-watering 500 horsepower. There are two kinds of luxury sports car buyers; one wants a comfortable and very fast cruising GT, the other a harder-edged performance car that's racy rather than relaxed. With their XK coupe and convertible models, Jaguar tried to satisfy both groups. It lures buyers in with the dramatic seductively sweeping curves of the bodywork, which according to stylist Ian Callum, were supposed to have been inspired by those of Kate Winslet. This range was also Mr Callum's first Jaguar design, and was the first of the brand's cars to feature the aluminium construction supposed to make the model 30% stiffer and 100kg's lighter than its Xk8 predecessor. Ignoring all the nitty-gritty facts, the Jaguar XKR is worth just revelling in its contemporary fusion of power, style and uncompromised luxury, which according to Jaguar, is what they created. It certainly looks to be an assured piece of machinery, with the oval front grille and the way the rear cabin tapers in over the haunches both classic E-Type-inspired touches. Even the front badge is a nod to that illustrious sports coupe. The car looks sinewy and muscular, the sheet metal stretched over something seriously purposeful.

Landing just this week at Harvey Cooper Cars, we now stock our very own 2011 Jaguar XKR Coupe Supercharged 5.0L Automatic which has only covered 36,000 miles in its 9 years of registration. It is finished in a metallic Ultimate Black with the interior concurring with its Charcoal Leather upholstery. Outstanding optional extras this XKR has the premium of having are its 20 Inch Kasuga alloy wheels which come with the instantly distinctive red brake calipers. Adaptive Cruise Control is a technology that even though it was fitted 9 years ago, still holds technological relevance here in 2020. Other optional features are air quality sensing and the metallic paint finish itself.

There's a 7 Inch full colour touchscreen slap-bang in the middle of the dashboard which includes DAB radio, Bluetooth connectivity and Satellite Navigation. For those craving a premium sound system, the XKR comes with the standard Bowers & Wilkins Premium Surround Sound system which endeavours to minimize the raucous noise coming from under the bonnet to the best of its ability. There's heated and cooled front seats to satisfy all seasons throughout the year, parking shouldn't be an issue in this XKR with the front and rear parking aid with visual indicators on the infotainment system. Other notable driving features include JaguarDrive control with Winter & Dynamic mode, Jaguar Drive selector, Adaptive dynamics and the Aerodynamic rear spoiler.

Our Jaguar XKR Couple Supercharged 5.0L Auto 2011 has the premium of low-mileage considering its age meaning it's primed for the roads still, it is a prestige example of a high-performance car which is still in immaculate condition and comes with a meticulous and detailed full Jaguar serviced history and more.
